Soup of the Day


I’m really not a great cook, (there are actually quite some people out there who would agree on that…) but I promised my body to eat much healthier from now on. And that means that I probably need to get started on some proper cooking!

6 medium size potatoes
1 sweet potatoe
2 medium size carrots
Fresh ginger
1 small cup of coconut milk
1 onion
1 spring onion
1 small clove of garlic
Fresh mint and parsley
Pepper & Salt
and adding some soy sauce & oyster sauce if you like
